((Esther Smith and John Truitt are officially my new OTP. I love them more than kangaroos like hats. They’re just perfect together. I can’t even. I need to watch Meet Me In St. Louis again.))

Misty was in her room when she heard squealing in the hallway. Poking her head out, she saw a little girl and someone who appeared to be the girls mother. “Hey, I don’t think we’ve met…” She approached the mother and extended a hand to introduce herself, “I’m Misty.”

Ella smiled at the girl, glad to find that someone was actually introducing themself to her, “I’m Ella. And no, I don’t believe we have met.” She looked over at Jackie who had stopped where she was and looked at them, “That’s my daughter, Jacqueline, but everyone just calls her Jackie. It’s nice to meet you.”

“It’s nice to meet you Ella,” Misty knelt down beside the little girl, “What kind of fairy are you, little one?” She smiled and her wings twitched excitedly.

Jackie giggled as Misty knelt down beside her and asked her a question, “I’m not a fairy.” She looked over at her mother, “Right mama?” Ella smiled and shrugged, “You like to pretend to be a fairy though, don’t you Jackie?” The little girl nodded and looked back at Misty, “I pretend like I can fly.”
